PROPOSED REVISION 3 TO REGULATORY GUIDE 1.8, "QUALIFICATION AND TRAINING OF PERSONNEL FOR NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS" During the 433rd meeting of the Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards, August 8-10, 1996, the Committee considered the NRC staff request to issue proposed Revision 3 to Regulatory Guide 1.8 for public comment. The Committee has no objection to the issuance of this proposed Regulatory Guide for public comment. The Committee plans to review the proposed final version of this Regulatory Guide after reconciliation of public comments.
