Dear Mr. Boles:

This letter confirms the discussion between Gerald Wolf of your staff and Richard Skokowski, Region III Enforcement/Investigations Officer, establishing the date for an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) session. You requested the ADR session to resolve apparent violations discussed in NRC Inspection Report 05000346/2016008, dated May 17, 2016. Alternative dispute resolution, as employed by the NRC, is a mediated opportunity to discuss issues, clear up misunderstandings, be creative, find areas of agreement, and reach a final resolution of the issues.

The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Central Time on Thursday, July 21, 2016, at the U.S.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Region III office located at 2443 Warrenville Road, Lisle, IL 60532. This meeting is closed to public observation because it involves the findings of an NRC Office of Investigations report that has not been publicly disclosed and involves potential wrongdoing by individuals.

In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 2.390 of the NRCs Rules of Practice, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS), accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
