  • Dairyland Power Cooperative, "Order Approving Transfer of License for the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor from the Dairyland Power Cooperative to LaCrosseSolutions, LLC and Conforming; Administrative License Amendment," dated May 20, 2016 As discussed in Reference 1, LaCrosseSolutions, LLC (LS) provided documentation regarding how La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) will continue to meet 10 CFR 140 regulatory requirements for maintaining offsite nuclear liability insurance coverage following the license transfer documented in Reference 2. Reference 1 contained an American Nuclear Insurers (ANI) letter (attached) stating that ANI will endorse the LACBWR policy and certificate to name LS as the operator of the facility. The attached Nuclear Energy Liability Insurance letters provide the endorsements for ANI Policy Number NF-0217 and Master Worker Certificate Number NW-0596.
