Information -
Change to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC and some of its owner companies in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.
The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]) as well as for KGE's ultimate parent company, Westar Energy, Inc., and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Great Plains Energy Incorporated [GPE].
By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notice of recent changes in OODEP for KCPL, GPE and KEPCo in accordance with 10 CFR 95.17(a)(1 ).

Ms.-Sandra J. Price has been appointed Director for GPE, effective May 4, 2016. Ms.
Price's personal information for GPE's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.
Mr. Robert C. Converse has been appointed Alternate Trustee for KEPCo, effective May 23, 2016.
Mr. Converse's information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure II.
WCNOC also wishes to advise the NRC of a recent non-significant change to information on certain individuals named in their OODEP list provided with the reference, as follows:
Dr. Linda Hood Talbott, formerly Director for GPE and KCPL, did not stand for re-election. Dr. Talbott's retirement was effective May 3, 2016.
Mr. Michael L. Deggendorf, formerly Senior Vice President for KCP&L, retired effective May 5, 2016.
Ms. Donna A. Williams, formerly Alternate Trustee for KEPCo, retired effective May 23, 2016.
The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information.
Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat these enclosures as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
