Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter is to inform you that effective June 12 to September 17, 2016, Mr. Tracy J. Orf was assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Acting Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
In addition, effective September 18, to the end of No\\'.ember 2016, Ms. Jeanne A. Dion will be assigned as the Acting Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2.
Mr. Orf and Ms. Dion will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Mr. Benjamin G. Beasley regarding St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4.
