Withdrawal of Request for Exemption Related to Specific 1 O CFR 73 Requirements Via Reference (1 ), SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE) submitted a request for exemption related to certain requirements of 1 O CFR 73.21, "Protection of Safeguards Information: Performance Requirements," pursuant to 10 CFR 73.5, "Specific exemptions."
SHINE has determined that the requested exemption is no longer required. Therefore, SHINE hereby withdraws the request for exemption to certain requirements of 10 CFR 73.21 provided via Reference (1 ).
