PENNSYLVANIA STATE UNIVERSITY BREAZEALE REACTOR - EXEMPTION FROM CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE 10 OF THE CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS, PART 50 AND APPENDIX E TO PART 30
Dear Dr. Unlu:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission has approved the enclosed exemption from specific requirements of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Domestic Licensing of Production and Utilization Facilities, and Part 30, Rules of General Applicability to Domestic Licensing of Byproduct Material, Appendix E, for the Pennsylvania State University Breazeale Reactor. This action is in response to your application dated November 6, 2014, that requested an exemption from certain regulatory requirements and would allow Pennsylvania State University to submit its annual financial results within 180 days after the close of each succeeding fiscal year.
A copy of the exemption is enclosed. The exemption has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
