Pursuant to Technical Specifications (TS) 5.5.12d, Northern States Power Company, a Minnesota corporation, doing business as Xcel Energy (hereafter "NSPM"), submits a compact disc (Enclosure 1) containing TS Bases for the Prairie Island Nuclear Generating Plant, Units 1 and 2, that include changes from revisions 223 through 229 implemented since the previous submittal (Reference 1 ).
Summary of Commitments This letter contains no new commitment and no revision to an existing commitment.
