In a letter dated November 5, 2015, Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) and Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) submitted Revision 21 of the Millstone, North Anna and Surry Power Stations' Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program (Security Plan). The Nuclear Security Incident Response staff requested the attached Millstone Power Station information in support of the review of Revision 21 of the Security Plan.
The attachment to this letter contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
