LaCrosseSolutions, LLC (LS) is submitting changes to the La Crosse Boiling Water Reactor (LACBWR) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Emergency Plan. LS is submitting these changes within 30 days of implementing these changes on June 1, 2016. provides a summary of changes for the Emergency Plan. Attachment 2 provides Revision 36 of the LACBWR ISFSI Emergency Plan. Both attachments are to be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d).

These changes were made in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54, "Conditions of licenses," paragraph
