Correction to Three Mile Island Nuclear Station, Unit 1 and Unit 2 Combined 2015 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report On 4/29/16, Three Mile Island Nuclear Station (TMINS) submitted the subject Combined 2015 Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report (ARERR). This report included a revision to the site Process Control Program (PCP) for Radioactive Wastes (RW-AA-100) which was marked Exelon Confidential/Proprietary. Although the PCP was submitted as company confidential, Exelon has re-evaluated this marking and does not consider this procedure to be company confidential.
The PCP should not have included the Exelon Confidential/Proprietary label and therefore, there is no need for the NRC to process this as a proprietary document. This oversight has been entered in our Corrective Action Program.
