Dear Mr. Denton:
Please find enclosed ten copies of Revision 3 of the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual. This revision is submitted in order to incorporate offsite dose calculation information for Oconee Nuclear Station into the manual.
Determination was made that these changes do not reduce the accuracy or reliability of dose calculations or setpoint determinations.
This revision has been reviewed and approved by the station manager as indicated on the following cover sheet.
According to Technical Specification requirements, revisions to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual are to be submitted in the semi-annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report. As a matter of convenience, we are submitting this revision prior to submittal of the semi-annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the period July - December, 1983. Please advise if there are questions concerning this matter.
