OF THE MAY 12, 2016, OPEN HOUSE PUBLIC MEETING TO DISCUSS NRC ACTIVITIES, NUCLEAR POWER ISSUES, AND 2015 END-OF-CYCLE PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT OF QUAD CITIES NUCLEAR POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 On May 12, 2016, an open house public meeting was held at the Cordova Civic Center in Cordova, IL, between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station management and staff. The purpose of the open house was to provide an opportunity for the public to discuss NRC activities, nuclear power issues, and Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station performance for the period of January 1, 2015, through December 31, 2015. The NRC letter and meeting notice for this open house can be found in the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) as ML16109A143 and ML16109A192 respectively. A list of the Open House attendees is attached.

The NRC provided discussions related to the NRCs assessment of the Quad Cities Nuclear Power Station performance, which was documented in the March 2, 2016, End-of-Cycle Assessment Letter (reference ADAMS Accession Number ML16060A342). As part of this open house, both Exelon and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency were available to address questions and concerns. Throughout the open house, members of the public were given the opportunity to ask questions of Exelon officials and NRC officials.
