Attachment (2) provides a Table of Changes for Security Plan Change Submittals and contains Safeguards Information.

This revision does not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan.

There are no regulatory commitments contained in this letter.

This cover letter is not subject to protective requirements. The Attachments are subject to Safeguards Information protection according to 1 O CFR 73.21. Upon separation from the attachments, this cover letter is to be considered Decontrolled.
