Steven M. Long Risk Applications Branch Division of Radiation Protection and Emergency Preparedness Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation The sixteen enclosed reports are the "Risk-Based Inspection Guides" (RIGS) described in the recent modifications to Inspection Manual Chapter 2515.
Please put them through NUDOCS to Central Files, the Public Document Room and the appropriate local public document rooms. TAC Number M66591 should be indicated in the ODID, along with the appropriate individual report numbers.
The WNP-2 RIG was previously submitted to you by my note this past spring, and the ANO-1 and Oconne-3 RIGs are NUREG/CRs, so these may already have the proper distribution. Copies have been provided in case you need them for the association with Chapter 2515.
Several other RIGs are still in draft form. The release of these drafts was approved in accordance with Bulletin 3203-25.
If these documents would otherwise be thrown away after you enter them on the system, please return them to me.
