The NRC Staff (Staff) has issued its quarterly integrated inspection report for Indian Point Units 2 and 3, entitled Indian Point Nuclear Generating - Integrated Inspection Report 05000247/2016001 and 05000286/2016001 (May 12, 2016) (available at ADAMS Accession No. ML16133A448). A copy of the inspection report is enclosed herewith.

The enclosed inspection report addresses NRC inspection activities at Indian Point Units 2 and 3 during the period of January 1 - March 31, 2016. The licensees performance of in-service inspections and its identification of issues involving the baffle-former bolts at Indian Point Unit 2 are discussed at pages 9-12 of the enclosed report. The Staff expects to present updated information concerning the baffle-former bolts in its quarterly inspection report for the period of April 1 - June 30, 2016, to be issued in August 2016.
