Akron, Ohio 44320 10 CFR 95 Submittal of Information Pertaining to Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence By letter dated May 18, 2011, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRG) notified the FirstEnergy Nuclear Operating Company (FENOC) that a favorable Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) review for FENOC was rendered by the NRG. As stated in the letter, new FOCI information is to be submitted for a FOCI redetermination Within five years of April 27, 2011. FENOC is submitting the attached five-year FOCI information, on behalf of the owners and operators of Beaver Valley Power Station, Unit Nos. 1 and 2; Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit No. 1; and Perry Nuclear Power Plant Unit No. 1.
The owners and operators of the aforementioned facilities are FirstEnergy Corp,;
FENOC; FirstEnergy Solutions Corp.; FirstEnergy Nuclear Generation, LLC; Ohio Edison Company; and The Toledo Edison Company. An organization chart showing the relationships between these companies is attached. Enclosures A through F provide

An affidavit supporting the request for withholding Enclosure H from public disclosure is provided in Enclosure G.
Additionally, Enclosure H contains certain security-related and personal, private information. Public disclosure of the type of personal and private information provided would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy. Therefore, FENOC requests this information be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.390.
