Sager In the Matter of Docket Nos. 50-250-LA and 50-251-LA FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY ASLBP No. 15-935-02-LA-BD01 (Turkey Point Nuclear Generating, Units 3 and 4) May 10, 2016 NOTICE (Regarding Expected Timeline for Initial Decision)
The Board hereby notifies the Commission and the parties of its probable schedule for issuing the Initial Decision in this proceeding. As the record was closed on February 17, 2016,1 the Board sought to issue its Initial Decision by May 17, 2016.2 Because the Board intends to rule on the City of Miamis request to reopen the record3 before issuing an Initial Decision, the Board now expects to issue its Initial Decision on or before Tuesday, May 31, 2016.
