Dear Sir or Madam:
Enclosed is Revision 7 of the Big Rock Point (BRP) Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Security Plan. Attachment 1 contains a description of, and justification for, the changes included in Revision 7. Attachment 2 contains the revised Plan.
Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (ENO) has determined that the changes contained in Revision 7 do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the BRP Security Plan.
Accordingly, this revision is submitted under the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p)(2).
Information contained in the attachments to this document has been classified as Safeguards Information. Therefore, ENO requests that this information be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 1 O CFR 73.22.
