1.

Letter from G. H. Gellrich (CCNPP) to Document Control Desk (NRC), dated November 17, 2015, Calvert Cliffs GSl-191 Resolution Plan In Reference 1, we made five commitments on our risk-informed resolution to Generic Safety Issue 191 (GSl-191) and response to Generic Letter 2004-02. Three of these commitments had a due date of December 31, 2016. This date was based on the assumption that the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Safety Evaluations on the South Texas Project Risk Informed GSl-191 Pilot submittal and WCAP-17788 would be issued in the 2nd quarter of 2016. The schedule for publication of these Safety Evaluations has now been extended beyond the 2nd quarter of 2016.

Therefore, we are revising three of the commitment dates made in Reference 1.

This letter contains our revised list of regulatory commitments as listed in Attachment (1 ).

Should you have questions regarding this matter, please contact Mr. Larry D. Smith at (410) 495-5219.
