SUMMARY

- NORTH ANNA POWER STATION, UNITS 1 AND 2 DOCKET NO. 50-338, 50-339 On April 14, 2016, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff met with members of the public concerning the annual assessment of North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, in Mineral, VA. The purpose of the meeting/open house session was to provide an opportunity to discuss the annual assessment of North Anna Power Station, Units 1 and 2, with the public for the period of January 1, 2015 - December 31, 2015. Enclosed is a list of attendees and the meeting handout.

NRC Annual Assessment Summary Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit 1 SCE&G operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved the public health and safety and protected the environment.

Unit 1 was in the Licensee Response Column of the NRCs ROP Action Matrix for all of 2015.

NRC Inspection Activities Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit 1 for 2015 Two Resident Inspectors on Site Implemented baseline inspection program Inspected in-plant evolutions and activities Compiled and submitted quarterly inspection reports Routine Baseline Inspections

Virgil C. Summer Nuclear Station, Unit 1 PIs and Findings Performance Indicators were all Green 4 Green NCV inspection findings and 1 Severity Level IV Violation No greater than Green inspection findings

NRC Plans for 2016 NRC plans baseline inspections at Virgil C.
