Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station, Unit 1 Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) Biennial Revision In accordance with 1 O CFR 50.71 (e)(4) and 1 O CFR 50.4(b)(6) Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) is submitting this letter regarding the status of the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report (UFSAR) for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (PBAPS), Unit 1.
By letter dated April 30, 2014, Exelon submitted Revison 8 of the UFSAR for PBAPS Unit 1 in accordance with the requirements of 1 O CFR 50.71 (e)(4) and 10 CFR 50.4(b)(6}.
Revision 8 of the PBAPS Unit 1 UFSAR was provided to the NRG electronically on CD-ROM and was submitted in entirety in PDF format.
Since the submittal of Revision 8 of the PBAPS Unit 1 UFSAR in April 2014, there have been no additional changes processed for Unit 1 during the biennial updating period (i.e.,
April 2014 to April 2016). Therefore, Revision 8 of the PBAPS Unit 1 UFSAR remains the most current revision and no updating was necessary in support of this submittal.
Therefore, this letter is intended to satisfy the 1 O CFR 50.71 (e)(4) reporting requirements for the biennial updating of the PBAPS Unit 1 UFSAR.
As required by 1 O CFR 50.71 (e)(2)(i), I certify that to the best of my knowledge, the information contained in this letter accurately reflects information and analyses submitted to the NRG, or prepared pursuant to NRG requirements as described above.
