By letter dated October 23, 2015(ML15314A217), the licensee submitted Revision 19 to the UFSAR on CD-ROM. The transmittal letter indicates the submittal was not just the revised pages, but the entire UFSAR on a "total replacement basis." UCS requests the entire UFSAR (excluding portions properly withheld under 10 CFR 2.390.) UCS requests this information in digital format rather than by paper cor:.es.
