o Maintained key safety functions o Excellent radiological and industrial safety performance o Implemented Fukushima Flex modifications o $60 Million invested in equipment reliability

  • Resulting in a Capacity Factor of greater than 97% for remainder of 2015

  • Promoting positive employee behaviors and human performance tool usage
  • Carefully managing /mitigating risk o Risk avoidance and mitigation o Intrusive decision making o Example: Storm Mars
  • Enhancing equipment reliability o Selecting and conducting the right work efficiently and correctly
  • Conducting the right training o Maintain proficiency of staff o Talent development 4

Site Focus Area: Regulatory and Industry Performance

  • Site Interim Actions o Interim actions directed at five areas of NRC focus o Systematic implementation of inplant observations Critical tasks Paired coaching o Supplemental work force
