Clinton Power Station, Unit 1 Facility Operating License No. NPF-62 NRC Docket Nos. 50-461 and 72-1046 90-Day Notification Prior to First Storage of Spent Fuel 10 CFR 72.212 In accordance with 10 CFR 72.212, "Conditions of general license issued under §72.210 Subpart K," paragraph (b)(1), Exelon Generation Company, LLC (EGC) is notifying the NRC at least 90 days prior to the first storage of spent fuel at the Clinton Power Station, Unit 1 (CPS)
Independent Spent Fuel Storage facility (ISFSI). Loading activities are currently scheduled to commence September 6, 2016.
