Revision 1 to GEH Response to RAI 09.05.01-1, October 30, 2015 In regard to the Requests for Additional Information (RAI) transmitted in your April 29, 2015 letter, Reference 1, GEH initially responded to RAI 09.05.01-1 in Reference 2. After internal review by GEH Engineering, it was determined that clarification to our response in Reference 2 was required to eliminate any possible misconception concerning the level of analysis that GEH Engineering performed to address RAI 09.05.01-1. Reference 3 transmitted the revised response.

MFN 15-064, Revision 1, Supplement 1 Page 2 of 2 In a teleconference held between the US NRC Staff and GEH on January 19, 2016 GEHs response to RAI 09.05.01-1 was discussed. As part of this call, the Staff requested supplemental information for GEHs response to RAI 09.05.01-1 in Reference 3. of this letter contains GEHs complete response to RAI 09.05.01-1, including the supplemental information requested, while Enclosure 2 contains the Design Control Document Revision 6 markups associated with GEHs supplemental response.
