License Amendment Request (TSCR-144) to Revise and Relocate Pressure and Temperature Limit Curves to a Pressure and Temperature Limits Report-MF6617, NG-16-0055, dated March 11, 2016 In the referenced letter, the affidavit provided in Enclosure 2 refers to proprietary information contained in Enclosure 4. It has come to our attention that the referenced letter contains three enclosures with the proprietary information residing in Enclosure 3.
Therefore, the affidavit reference to the proprietary information in Enclosure 4 should be taken to mean the proprietary information contained in Enclosure 3.
