regarding your concerns over the existing and proposed natural gas pipelines that intersect the owner-controlled property at the Indian Point Energy Center (Indian Point) in Buchanan, New York. Our letter to you included detailed responses to the 39 questions included in your letter dated July 27,-2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15251A050), which was a followup action from your presentation before the Petition Review Board on July 15, 2015.

Your letter, which disagreed with nearly all of our responses to your 39 questions, included 45 additional questions. lr.i general, the concerns you raised were addressed in previous correspondence, including letters to you dated November 6, 2015, and June 29, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15097A190).

We recognize that your opinions on the adequacy of the existing and proposed natural gas pipelines near the Indian Point facility differ from those of the NRC staff. We do not plan to take any further action with regard to the concerns you have expressed to date on this matter. If you decide to submit new information on this subject, we will review it for appropriate action.

Sincerely,
