CHAIR Real Property Taxation COMMITTEES Corporations, Authorities and Commissions Election Law Governmental Operations Health Majority Steering I would like to join with other colleagues who have written to call upon you to conduct a thorough and complete investigation into the recent tritium leaks at lndian Point Nuclear Power Plant. My understanding from the media is that you are investigating the events surrounding this issue, and that the
- NRC will or currently is conducting studies of the leak of this radioactive material.
I am sure you are aware of the anxiety among my constituents, many of whom live very near to the site. I would appreciate being updated as information is available on the severity, containment, and clean-up of the leak.
