ASLBP No. 15-935-02-LA-BD01 FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANYS SECOND NOTICE TO THE BOARD REGARDING STATE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEEDING Florida Power & Light Company (FPL) hereby provides notice to the Board that the Administrative Law Judge considering the third-party challenge to the Administrative Order issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) to FPL has issued a Recommended Order in that matter. Though FPL has previously submitted copies of related Recommended Orders to the Board, in light of the fact that the Board issued an Order closing the record in this proceeding this morning, FPL is not including a copy at this time. FPL has shared a copy of the Recommended Order with the other parties in this proceeding, and will provide a copy to the Board, if requested.
