Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(c), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) is filing an Answer to the State of New Yorks Motion for Leave to File Six Documents as Additional Exhibits, dated February 5, 2016. In accordance with paragraphs A and K.2 of the Boards September 4, 2009 Protective Order, counsel for Entergy is notifying the Board that Entergys Answer contains Westinghouse-Designated Proprietary Information.
