I. SECY-16-0004 - NUCLEAR INNOVATION NORTH AMERICA, LLC (SOUTH TEXAS PROJECT, UNITS 3 AND 4): MANDATORY HEARING DECISION The Commission approved a Memorandum and Order addressing the required findings in 10 C.F.R. §§ 52.97(a) and 51.107(a) and the issues discussed at the uncontested hearing on November 19, 2015, concerning the combined license application of Nuclear Innovation North America, LLC and its co-applicants to construct and operate Units 3 and 4 at the South Texas Project site in Matagorda County, Texas. The Memorandum and Order authorizes issuance of the combined licenses.
(Subsequently, on February 9, 2016, the Secretary signed the Memorandum and Order.)
