COMMENT REQUEST ON NEI 13-03, CONDUCT OF INTEGRATED RESPONSE PLAN TABLE TOPS AND LIMITED EXERCISE, REVISION 1, DATED JANUARY 2016
Dear Mr. Kline:
We are writing to acknowledge receipt of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) document entitled NEI 13-03, Conduct of Integrated Response Plan Table Tops and Limited Exercise, Revision 1, dated January 2016. In your letter, you requested that the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff provide comments on the subject document.
The NRC staff will conduct a review of the NEI 13-03 document and provide comments relative to the overall Integrated Response Program. In addition, the staff is working with the Federal Bureau of Investigations regarding the review and comments to this document. We will provide you with an update within 30 days on the status of our review.
