This letter is to inform you that effective January 11, 2016, Mr. David J. Wrona will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 3-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for the Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
