NRC STAFF PROPOSED TRANSCRIPT CORRECTIONS AND NOTIFICATION OF ADDITIONAL SWORN WITNESS Pursuant to the Commission Order (Setting Deadline for Proposed Transcript Corrections), dated December 21, 2015, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff (Staff) hereby files its proposed corrections to the transcript for the SHINE Medical Technologies, Inc. (SHINE) mandatory hearing. The proposed corrections, which are attached, primarily address the accuracy of the transcription of Commissioner and Staff statements and were developed based on the video archive of the proceeding. Proposed corrections to SHINEs testimony are not included and have been submitted by counsel for SHINE.

The Staff also notes that one witness, Jorge Cintron-Rivera, took the oath but his name was not read by Staff counsel. Mr. Cintron-Rivera is listed in the Staffs Revised Witness list, filed on December 11, 2015.
