Cook Nuclear Plant Units 1 and 2, License Amendment Request to Adopt TSTF-425-A, Revision 3, 'Relocate Surveillance Frequencies to Licensee Control -Risk Informed Technical Specification Task Force (RITSTF) Initiative 5B'," dated November 19, 2015.In the above referenced letter, Indiana Michigan Power Company, the licensee for Donald C. Cook Nuclear Plant, introduced an erroneous reference to an enclosure in the Regulatory Commitment Table (Enclosure 11). Specifically, the first commitment states: "Implement the resolution for the following Supporting Requirements from Enclosure 9, .." The commitment should state: "Implement the resolution for the following Supporting Requirements from Enclosure 3,...Enclosure 1 to this letter provides an affirmation.
