Information Change to Lists of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel Gentlemen:

This letter transmits changes in Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) updated list of Owners, Officers, Directors and Executive Personnel (OODEP) for WCNOC and some of its owner companies in respect of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) determination and Facility Security Clearance determination for WCNOC and Wolf Creek Generating Station.

The reference transmitted separate, updated, confidential OODEP lists for WCNOC and its three owner companies (Kansas Gas and Electric Company [KGE], Kansas City Power & Light Company [KCPL] and Kansas Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. [KEPCo]) as well as for KGE's ultimate parent company, Westar Energy, Inc., and KCPL's ultimate parent company, Great Plains Energy Incorporated (GPE).

By this letter, WCNOC is transmitting notice of recent changes in OODEP for WCNOC, Westar, and KEPCo in accordance with 10 CFR 95.1 7(a)(1).

GC 15-0025 Page 2 of 2 Specifically, this letter is to advise the NRC that:

Debra A. Grunst has been appointed Vice President, Information Technology, by Westar's. Board of Directors, effective September 1, 2015.

Ms. Grunst's personal information for Westar's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I.

Paul W. Unruh was named Trustee for KEPCo, effective October 27, 2015.

He replaces Curt Durall who passed away. Mr. Unruh's personal information for KEPCo's OODEP list appears in Enclosure I1.

WCNOC also wishes to advise the NRC of a recent non-significant change to information on certain individuals named in their OODEP list provided with the reference, as follows:

Mr. Brad L. Berryman, formerly VP Organizational Learning and Strategy, WCNOC, resigned effective October 2, 2015.

The enclosed OODEP information contains personal confidential information.

Therefore, WCNOC requests that the NRC treat these enclosures as exempt from public disclosure under 10 CFR 2.390(a)(6) as "Personal and medical files and similar files, the disclosure of which would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy."
