Nuclear Environmental Affairs has made a determination that this is a 4 hr report to the NRC under RAL 11.8.2.a.
"A report was made to the NJDEP Division of Fish & Wildlife at 1457 [EST], concerning the Atlantic Sturgeon by Environmental Licensing."
Notified the R1DO (Dwyer) and Endangered Specied Group via e-mail.
