Pursuant to 10 CFR 50. 54(p )(2) and 10 CFR 72.186(b ), Revision 21 of the Millstone, North Anha and Surry Power Stations' Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and ISFSI Security Program is provided as Enclosure 1. This revision includes changes to the Millstone. Power Station (MPS) vehicle barrier system (VBS) and owner controlled area (OCA) checkpoint. The evaluation of the MPS changes are provided as Enclosure 2. This plan became effective October 1, 2015. The changes that were made to the plan did not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan.
The enclosed material contains Safeguards lr.iformation as defined by 10 CFR 73.22 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
