Biennial Update of the YAEC Quality Assurance Program for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI Pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 50.71(e)(4), 10 CFR 71.106, 10 CFR 50.4, and 10 CFR 71.1, Yankee Atomic Electric Company (YAEC) provides the following update regarding the YAEC Quality Assurance Program (QAP) for the Yankee Rowe Independent Spent Fuel Store Installation (ISFSD). No changes have been made to the YAEC QAP for the Yankee Rowe ISFSI, since the submittal of Revision 38 in the last biennial update on October 22, 2013 (Reference 1).
