Dear Administrative Judges:

In accordance with the Boards November 3 and 4, 2015 e-mails, the State of New York respectfully submits a revised tailored exhibit list which includes only the exhibits the State has proffered as relevant to the Track 2 hearing.

In addition, and in advance of todays conference, the State wishes to inform the Board that Entergy and Westinghouse disclosed additional calculation documents late yesterday afternoon. Yesterday evening, Entergy and Westinghouse informed the parties that they likely will seek to present such documents to the Board and introduce them into the record for the upcoming adjudicatory hearing on the Track 2 contentions, which begins on November 16.

Also, enclosed is a certificate of service.
