COOPER NUCLEAR STATION - WITHDRAWAL OF RELIEF REQUEST RE: FIFTH 10-YEAR INSERVICE INSPECTION INTERVAL, Rl5-01, REACTOR PRESSURE VESSEL CIRCUMFERENTIAL SHELL WELDS USING BWRVIP-05 (CAC NO. MF6337)
Dear Mr. Limpias:
By letter dated June 9, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML15167A066), Nebraska Public Power District (the licensee) submitted a relief request (RR) for the fifth 10-year inservice inspection interval, Rl5-01, Reactor Pressure Vessel circumferential shell welds using BWRVIP-05 for Cooper Nuclear Station.
Subsequently, by letter dated October 19, 2015 (ADAMS Accession No. ML15301A250), you withdrew the RR.
The purpose of this letter is to advise that the above-cited RR is being treated as withdrawn.
