STATE OF NEW YORK NOTICE OF APPEAL OF LBP 15-26 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.311, the State of New York (the State) hereby files this Notice of Appeal of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards Memorandum and Order (Denying New Yorks Petition to Intervene) in LBP 15-26, dated September 25, 2015, which denied the States Petition to Intervene and Request for a Hearing with respect to a license amendment request submitted by Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. seeking to reduce the frequency with which it must conduct integrated leak rate tests at Indian Point Nuclear Generating Station, Unit 2.
