Energy Northwest acknowledges receipt of the settlement agreement terms described in the referenced correspondence, and herewith submits full payment for the civil penalty described as Element V.K of the agreement. Payment in the amount of

$35,000 due within 30 days of the date of the Confirmatory Order is enclosed with this correspondence.
