This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Travis Tate has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 1-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for the James A. Fitzpatrick Nuclear Power Plant.
Mr. Tate assumes all supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Benjamin Beasley, as Chief, Plant Licensing Branch 1-1. Mr. Tate may be reached at 301-415-3901 or via e-mail at Travis.Tate@nrc.gov.
