Dear Mr. Nazar:
This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Benjamin G. Beasley will be assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-2, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Mr. Beasley will assume all licensing oversight and supervisory duties previously performed by Ms. Shana R. Helton regarding Florida Power & Light Company plants: St. Lucie Plant, Unit Nos. 1 and 2, and Turkey Point Nuclear Generating Unit Nos. 3 and 4.
