To clarify, Beth Mizuno is lead attorney on the hearing petition and Jeremy Wachutka, Anita Ghosh and Daniel Straus are the other attorneys assigned, in addition to myself.
We hope to meet with tech staff soon to discuss the petition and attachments to inform our draft response.

I look forward to meeting with you and discussing this VY petition in person. In the meantime I have asked Meena Khanna (DORL BC) to have the appropriate project managers populate the information in the table that you sent. I / my colleagues in my branch will review the Vermont petition for accuracy on technical bases and NRC regulations.

FW: Vermont's Petition re DTF NT
- Kos, Mitzi Young is the lead attorney working on the Vermonts hearing request. She wants to know whether the other permanently shutdown plants requested and obtained approval on the exemptions for accessing Decommissioning Trust Fund for spent fuel management. A table with the permanently shutdown plants is attached and fill out the column on the right.
In addition, Mitzi wants the financial branch folks to review the Vermont petition for accuracy on technical bases, NRC regulations and any public health and safety issues.
It might be a good idea to visit Mitzi and introduce yourself as the financial branch POC.
