This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Michael Markley has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Branch Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for Edwin I. Hatch Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.

Mr. Markley assumes all supervisory duties previously held by Mr. Robert J. Pascarelli as Branch Chief, Plant Licensing Branch 11-1. Mr. Markley may be reached at 301-415-5723 or via e-mail at Michael.Markley@nrc.gov.
