This letter is to inform you that effective November 1, 2015, Mr. Michael T. Markley has been assigned as the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Branch Chief for Plant Licensing Branch 11-1, Division of Operating Reactor Licensing, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, and has licensing oversight responsibility for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2.
