Attached you will find Emergency Preparedness Frequently Asked Questions (EPFAQs) that were generated by my staff or by other individuals that propose alternatives to Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI) guidance, or to clarify the staffs expectations with the guidance. Please review these EPFAQs and consider generating proposed language, reflecting NEI/industrys position on these EPFAQs, for NRC staff consideration.
